Pre-heat treatment
1.Annealing after foring :heat to 840-860°c,keep 2-4H,cold below 500°c,out and ari cold or cold to room temperature,hardness ≤285HBS
2.Isothermal annealing after forging:heat to 840-860°c,keep 2-4H,cold to 740-760°c,keep 4-6H,cold below 500°c,out and air cold ,hardness ≤255HBS

1.High strength,good abrasion resistance.
2.Carbide small uniform,high toughness,thermoplastic good.

Make large and tool with hot plastic ,cold extrusion mould
